People in the world greet each other differently, for example in Mexico a common greeting is: what's up carnal? And in Argentina, one of the ways to say hello is to give one or two kisses on the cheek. 

How do you greet in your country? 

In Colombia the greeting is warm and is usually done with a kiss on the cheek with a hug and also a handshake with a smile.
